Time: All parties are 2 hours. For time efficiency and effectiveness guest list should not surpass 8-10 guests.

Pole Assembly: Ceiling heights must be not less than 88” tall and not taller than 106”. In the event that your ceiling measures are taller than 106” host will incur a $20 fee and must supply a step ladder to instructor for assembly. Instructor will make small pencil marks on ceiling to accurately find placement for pole assembly. As with any pressure pole it is possible that marks may occur but these can be rubbed off.

Pole parties are beginner level classes and are meant specifically for fun, fitness and entertainment. You will not learn any up side down or suspended moves during the beginner level class.
